A registered trial is not evidence of safety or effectiveness — most listed studies are small, early-phase, or observational.

How to read this table
- Registry status is what ClinicalTrials.gov reports (Recruiting, Completed, Withdrawn, Unknown, Active not recruiting). It is not a results verdict.
- Completed means the study finished enrollment/follow-up as registered — not that peer-reviewed efficacy is established.
- Analog rows (18-MC / NCT04292197, NCT03084952) are listed because they appear in ibogaine-adjacent registry search; they are not ibogaine trials. See analogs reference.
- Trifecta note: NCT06810765 (Johns Hopkins, withdrawn) and NCT07717866 (Axial Therapeutic Research, active not recruiting) share the Trifecta name but are different registry records — do not merge them.
